The goal of CELLReDTM is a global space Nigeria where excellence in public interventions and policies are ensured through proactive evaluation, pragmatic research, training, and systematic documentation. CELLReDTM has the mission to use research and evidence-based results to influence accountability, transparency, and policy uptake in Nigeria and beyond across multidisciplinary fields. The outcomes of the hydra-headed endeavours of CELLReDTM will be used to develop advocacy-targeting policy briefs for high-level policy uptake.
