Who we are
Centre for Evaluation, Lifelong Learning, Research, and Documentation (CELLReD) is a non-governmental entity and a multidisciplinary research and evaluation-focused centre concerned with ensuring evidence-based interventions and projects through scientific, systematic, and pragmatic documentation of information gathered for eventual dissemination for usefulness to end users.
The goal of CELLReD is a global space Nigeria where excellence in public interventions and policies are ensured through proactive evaluation, pragmatic research, training, and systematic documentation. CELLReD has the mission to use research and evidence-based results to influence accountability, transparency, and policy uptake in Nigeria and beyond across multidisciplinary fields. The outcomes of the hydra-headed endeavours of CELLReD will be used to develop advocacy-targeting policy briefs for high-level policy uptake .
