Research: Our focus on research is to harness researchers from various disciplines in Education, Science, Social Science, Art and Humanities, Agriculture, Development Studies and Medicine to foster multidisciplinary research towards scholarly and innovative research that will proffer solutions to societal challenges in education, community development/interventions, governance, and information technology among others. Evaluation: Evaluation of developmental programmes, health intervention programmes and policies, educational-related challenges and policies, and documentation of research output for societal development. Lifelong Learning: The intent is to provide opportunity for self-initiated, self-motivated, ongoing, voluntary education that focuses on personal development, social inclusion enhancement, active citizenship, increased skills acquisition within both formal and informal settings. CELLEReD is geared to promoting this cradle to grave learning concept and mindset to encourage individuals continuously seek new career opportunities for self-actualization and development. Documentation: The enhanced source-to-user transferring of variety of documents through articulated deployment of all necessary processes in a pragmatic manner in order to galvanise knowledge transfer is the focus of CELLEReD Multidisciplinary Expert/Specialist: Our outfit is blessed with a conglomerate of result-oriented and time-conscious experts and specialists with years of experience at both local and international levels in their professional duties and expertise, which can fit into any intervention and developmental programmes. Ethical Consideration: CELLReD complies with local, national and international laws and research standards by identifying and meeting National Health Research Ethics Review Committee (NHREC) or international Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements or standards, depending on client preference, prior to the start of data collection. We also make certain that all data collectors receive ethical training. Financial Management: CELLReD employs the use of Value for Money (VfM) Indicator Framework in the conduct and execution of research work. We follow the International Financial Reporting Standard in our financial management systems and processes. CELLReD employs the use of SunSystem accounting software, which features a unified ledger and unparalleled multi-currency, multi-company, and multi-dimensional analysis capabilities. CELLReD also complies with all corporate standards and certifications required in Nigeria to function legally and fully.
