with government, non-governmental and bilateral organizations within and outside the country in knowledge promotion and skills acquisition through workshops, seminars, trainings, conferences, and advocacy

continuous education and research training/evaluation, and proper documentation of research outputs for societal benefit
To promote
the educational status of the vulnerable and marginalized population by enhancing teacher quality through appropriate professional development programmes.

theories/policies that influence learning growth and outputs towards the actualization of equity, leadership, accountability, diversity, and peaceful coexistence of human environments

document and develop a comprehensive, reliable, and valid repository of outcomes of research, training, colloquiums, dialogues, conferences, and workshops to support mega research, meta-analysis and easy access to information that will enhance pragmatic policy uptakes
